No Discount!!

So I tried all day yesterday to book tickets on their website, first using their app but it kept giving me an error. I try on the website and it also says error when trying to make the payment, I then call and wait a while to get through to someone to be told they know there is an issue and they can do it over the phone,when i give them my vitality eCard number I am told they are unable to apply the discount as this has to be done online, I tell them they know there is an issue but am told I must try again, which I do and the same thing happens, error! I call back and 2nd time and book the tickets to be told I will not receive my vitality discount.??? Seriously? when your system doesn't work??
