No customer service whatsoever

On Saturday the 23 May 2015 i went to Ster Kinekor Westgate to take my 4 year old son to see a movie (As promised )<br> <br> Upon arriving we noticed exceptionally long lines for both ticket sales and refreshment sales. To my amazement though. All the Ster Kinekor staff were standing behind the counter staring at the potential customers and not one single person attempted to assist them. I then went to the front of the line to find out what was going on and was told the following \ There might be loadshedding at 14:30 so we are not selling anything until then"<br> <br> This to me made absolutely no sense"
