NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've book tickets online this morning. After about 2 hours my son started to feel VERY sick, so we went to hospital. I've been trying to phone Ster-Kinekor for the last hour just to move our tickets to any other open space... But no luck. No one is answering anywhere. I've left a few messages. What type of call centre do they have with nobody there. I even tried to phone to make a new booking just to see if they would answer. Good luck for trying to book your tickets over the phone... THERE IS NO ONE!!!!
