No Coke in machine - Embarrasing

I went to the Ster- Kinekor in the forest hill mall in centurion. I purchased my popcorn and coke from on of there fancy counters and only when I went to collect the order did the guy tell me that Oops out machine is not working and I cant give you any cooldrinks. he then said that he will not be able to give me anything else as the printed ticket says coke. he then told me that the Tech is coming to fix the problem and I should go into the movies and he will let me know when the machine is fixed. 2h50 min later when the movie was over. The guy said that the machine just got fixed 5 min ago and I should take the cooldrink now to which I rep**** \that is totally useless as the move is now over". As Ster kinekor that's unacceptable"
