No back up for load shedding

Last night 14/02/2015 we had tickets pre booked (more than a month ago). We went to the cinema and 10 minutes into the movie the Rosebank area experienced load shedding.<br> In come some person who calls himself a manager saying please leave the theatre this is due to load shedding, there is no generated power, you will not be refunded,<br> please come and try again, but not in the near future as the movie is booked and sold out long in advance.<br> You need to go stand there and if the ticket office for that specific movie closes and they do have space left, then they will assist you with a seat. In other words, no guarantee that they would be able to accommodate you, should it be full then it is sorry try again next time.<br> I am very upset with SterKinekor and the way they dealt with the situation. You spend a fortune on movie tickets and refreshments yet you treat people like this.<br> I have pre booked my specific seat, I want to sit in a similar or better seat next time not right in the front left hand corner because that is the only seats left and you are lucky to get in.<br> <br> Please can you reply and confirm how you are planning to rectify this issue. <br>
