No airconditioning in a tiny cinema
My husband and I went to watch Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald on friday evening at Sterkinekor Cresta Shopping Centre. I have never had such a terrible experience at any cinema. The airconditioner was off in cinema 5 and it was blistering hot. My husband could barely keep his eyes open because the heat was just too much. He dozed off several times because it was terribly uncomfortable and stuffy. I am extremely disappointed that such a great movie was ruined because Sterkinekor seems to not care about the customers comfort. I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet. In future, rather go to Numetro or Monte Casino.

10 Dec 2018, 20:11A lady contacted me on Thursday to applogise for the experience and promised to send me 2 movie vouchers by Friday. Its Monday today and nothing was sent. Really Ster-Kinekor. Not delivering on promises, yet another disappointment.
