No aircon or lights in the cinema

<p>Ster kinekor at BROOKLYN Mall have not had a working aircon system for a while. Yesterday we went to watch 'the accountant' and were so uncomfortable due to the heat. I almost fell down the stairs because there were no lights on the stairs to show the stairs or row numbers. If they are going to give customers such terrible service, they must reduce the costs of their movie tickets. </p>
