No Aircon and double booking

We went on 26 Nov 2015 19:50 show to enjoy Bond movie Spectra. Tickets booked for cine 4. When we arrived we were directed to cine 3. As we sit people came to claim our seats. Seats double booked. 3 Different group had the same problem on various seats. The heat was unbearable, far over 30 degrees. Got to the lady manager she said they now about it as no aircons is working due to renovations. I asked why we were not told on booking or on internet she just pulled her shoulder up. She asked if she could bring fans, but that never arrived. I asked her if she is not ashamed taking the full fee and then letting the customers sit in this unbearable heat, she said I can speak to her after the show, but she was nowhere to find. Surely hiding as a lot of people looking for her. Management did not even have the good manners to come and apologise in the cine. A evening intended to be a fun outing for our 4 ended in a horrible overheated suffering. Paul
