No Aircon and bad service

Paid R 147 for movie tickets and another R92 for coke and popcorn. For this money we got to sit in a movie house with no aircon, the coke was hot and it took 45 mins to get our coke popcorn and 3D glasses. Seems to me that if you are going to pay R 250 for a movie you should at least get some aircon and proper service. Had to start our movie late as it took so long to stand in the queue to get our glasses. If this is how movies have become then it's no wonder people would rather stay at home to watch movies. I feel that the service and conditions at Ster Kinekor were very poor and I do not plan to repeat the experience in a hurry. PLEASE GET SOME AIRCON IN YOUR MOVIE HOUSES AND WHERE A PERSON STANDS TO BUY CONDIMENTS
