New web & app is not user friendly
<p>Please relook your website and app for booking movies gone from a great to terrible.</p> <p>Can't book loveseats or seats you want if there is a gap - error on web and app. </p> <p>Sandton and Rosebank cinemas not on list in app.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lots of issues and not as nice as previous user experience web and app.</p> <p> </p>
We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Please bypass the website login for now by just choosing your movie and cinema. Ignore the "Sign in" part, choose the movie and cinema, the time and number of seats. The website gives you card options for which to book. Then there is a grey space next to the number of tickets. Add the loyalty card number, then click on "add", and if you chose more seats and have another card number, please add that now, in the same space as before. Only one card number at a time can be inserted. Then it takes you to the cinema seating plan where you can choose the seats. After that you insert your name, email and contact details and credit card details.
