New system not working !

I went to gateway to watch a movie. Before the movie, I saw there's a new system where you have to pay first and then go wait in the line to get popcorn.. No one was at the payment area, therefore people were forced to pay with a card. And people who did not have cards couldn't purchase popcorn. It's ridiculous that the staff who are supposed to be there, were nowhere to be found and we had to wait a while before someone finally coming to assist us. If we hadn't gone early, we would have missed part of our movie. The staff need to be on duty for the system to work. A lot of money will be lost due to staff slacking off.
