New Eastgate food ordering system

<p>On 2 occasions, Watched Suicide Squad and Rogue One at the IMAX at Eastgate, the food ordering system has been a disaster. Waited in two queues, to place the order and the other to collect, for well over 40 minutes causing us to miss part of the movie twice. My sister ordered water only to be told that they don't have water when trying to collect. Surely the electronic system should know what is not in stock and make that unavailable when ordering? Left tweets on Ster Kinekor's twitter account. Absolutely zero response. Currently at Ster Kinekor Northmead, wrong movie being played in the cinema. Broken chairs in the Cinema, a usual thing at Northmead it seems. The staff are helpful but the overall condition/experience of the cinema is terrible </p>
