New Cresta setup is pathetic
<p>Went to Cresta's new movie centre last night. System of tickets and food is utterly stupid and completely useless. There were 6 of us and all of 10 people watching the movie. 5 of us gave up trying to buy anything (I don't take my reading glasses to a movie - how the hell do you think I can read the screen??). We left Cresta vowing not to return. Tickets took AGES to issue, in spite of the entire complex being virtually empty. Seems like changes for change sake, all designed by a committee!! It may work on paper, but it reality, it sucks. Seems like your CEO doesn't go to your movies, else he / she would change the whole stupid setup very quickly.</p>
