New cinema,bad service

<p>It doesnt look like ster kinekor wants me to join their club,went there on sunday,waited for about 30 min just so that someone can tell me they are out of stock,because no one was at the helpdesk and other staff were clueless. Went back today 09/08/2016 and was just asked to leave because someone decided it was fine to just come and stand infront of me in the queue and when i complained to the staff they allowed it even when this person was nowhere near the queue.How is that for bad service? Hopefully i will get a response from Ster-Kinekor and not be the arrogant and ******** company everyone is complaining about.</p>
