Never get a response at all

I booked a ticket online for Wednesday, 25th June 2014 show (20h45) of Transformers 4 in gateway prestige cinema only for me to get there after much planning with my kid etc to find that the movie was not going to be shown. Miren the manager said that it was incorrectly logged on for booking and there was no screening of the movie and it was not going to be shown. He explaned that Etv was having a private viewing of the movie \Edge of Tomorrow"in the prestige cinema and that he will put us into the Imax show for Thursday. <br> <br> This is not the 1st or 2nd time but the 3rd time that i have tried to get the Prestige experience and have been let down. My wife and I are parents to a young baby and it is difficult for us to get to the cinemas to watch a movie and everytime i want to do so when i have arranged for a baby sitter etc i get let down.<br> <br> The other movies i had problems with was Fast & Furios 6 and then it was X-Men \""Days of Future past and now it was Transformers 4.
