Never again!!!

After being there yesterday I will never again set my foot in that cinema AGAIN!! The lines where long all the way and after buying our tickets we where to stand in another long line to get the snacks. There where 3 cashiers behind the counter but the one kept on shouting only small popcorn at these tills, which irritated everyone in the line as the 1 cashier had a very long line on her side to serve upsized popcorn. After standing for almost 15 mins in the line we got to the counter and there was no flavour/salts to put on the popcorn. The stands was dirty and popcorn kernels with salt was laying everywhere!! I demanded to speak to the manager but after he heard the word \refund"he shrugged his shoulders and walked away claiming it was a busy period and his suppliers was closed over the weekend. If you are a manager of such a big franchise is it not your responsibility to ensure that 1) the hygiene standards are met"
