Nedbank credit cards not accepted by Ticketline!!

I have been battling for more than three months to book movie tickets on the SterKinekor app and also on the normal website. No reason given at all but just a number that I have to call, which by the way is incorrect. Eventually after tracking down the correct number for Ticketline I am informed that certain Nedbank card numbers are not accepted?? I am a private bank client and my cards are not accepted by Ster Kinekor?? How ridiculous. Then I would rather support Nu Metro from now on!!
