Musa Khondolo- Customer care Ticket line

For a company that is under business rescue, the service from the consultants is non-existent, after having spoke to the call-centre : Ticket line to resolve a query I was met with intolerance and disdain from a Musa Khondolo, who refused to help me even after being referred to help me by a colleague. I am more than disappointed with the service and is pure testament to the reason the business is under business rescue.
