Multiple Bad Experiences

I have been to this cinema 3 times and have not had one pleasant experience. The prestige cinema is badly run. On all 3 occasions I missed the start of the movie because there are not enough staff taking orders for popcorn etc, and there is no service desk like at the other prestiges. Sandton Prestige also has the same ordering system, but I have not once missed even the trailers before the movies, so it is just poorly run and there is no manager on site overlooking it. The one time I was there they had no Coke at all and the next time all the Cokes were flat. <br> This could have been a great cinema as it shows movies that other Prestiges don't, but the staff are unhelpful and are in no rush to serve u, completely uninterested if u miss the movie. There is always something unavailable and the lack of management is evident. I live near Eastgate so was ideal to go to, but I'll rather go to Sandton where it is always well run. Very disappointed in this cinema.
