Much Improved service at Ster Kinekor

I was answered by top management at Ster Kinekor Gateway, who promised to investigate my complaints and offered another chance to experience their cinema, I took up her offer and even though it was busier then my last time, service was much better and we managed to get a good seat to watch the movie in time.
