Movie with no screen, and no manager to call.

on 17 November i went for a movie (greenland 19.00) at the ster kinekor cinima in baywater centre in blouberg strand. 10 Min into our movie the screen dies. The sound still work but no screen. so after about 20 min we discovered that nobody is fixing this. So i went outside. to find a manager or any person that could help us.

NOBODY COULD BE FOUND. In fact the movie continue to run with no screen until the end. AND NO EMPLOYEE COULD BE FOUND. I even called your offices as well. The person put the phone down on me. SO i paid a lot of money for a movie, but could not watch it. I could not even complain to a person as there are no one in sight.

WHERE IS THE MANAGER, WHERE IS YOUR STAFF. SOMEONE SHOULD MONITOR THE CINEMAS. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING. clearly your employees does not want to do their work. FIRE them all and appoint new people that want to work.
