movie tickets cancelled.

On Valentines day I booked four tickets at blue route mall at 14:30. Due to load shedding it was cancelled. I then went ahead and called the call centre to have It reversed and booked others as it was all done online. A week later I called again and was given wrong information. Giving all my details again. I was told it would take seven to ten days an yet no feedback. Pathetic
