Movie starting late and cutting out climax

Had the worst experience at Ster-Kinerkor Brooklyn Mall this Monday.<br> <br> Went to watch the afternoon movie, firstly the guy taking the tickets was a rude and unfriendly man, then the movie started more than 25min late, making me late for a meeting after the movie, and then finally, the entire movie worked up to a final fighting scene, just as the fighting scene started, the movie cut off (went black) and when it came back on again, the fight scene was over, spoiling the entire movie. The patrons complained in the movie but to no avail.<br> <br> Ster-kinekor seriously needs to have a look at their customer service at this branch.
