Movie night

I've booked a movie online and when arriving at the cinema most of the staff was on their phones doing their own thing when I approached one of the ladies she didn't seem as if she wants to help me. I then told her which combos I like to order as I've made my booking online when scanning iny movie tickets heading to the doors another lady comes running to me saying my brother which is 15 is to young to watch this movie after I told her that I've driven very far she gave me a stinking attitude and walked away while talking to her

This is so unprofessional and seriously bad!
