Movie delayed

So today I decided to go to maponya mall to watch a movie by myself.Arrived at the ticket counter bought myself a ticket at 12:07 then at 12:10 went straight to cinema 2 to watch the movie.I arrived by the cinema 2 at 12:12 seat down.To my surprise nothing was happening at cinema 2 it look like it was dead.No lights no advert showing on the screen.So being me decided to wait at 12:30 still nothing showing on screen.I decided to go the people Of the cinema only to find the guy whose suppose to put the movie on he's still running around and he has forgotten to play the movie.Its really distasteful for such a huge co-operation to be giving such appalling services to a pay customer.And people working seemed relaxed that the movie is not playing like there was nothing wrong with that.I was so peeved even write this review I have bad taste with the cinema.No one most people prefer to go to affluent areas to watching movies.Maponya cinema is really in poor customer services.While the movie was schedule to start at 12:15 but to our surprise the movie started playing 12:37.This is really atrocious services rendered to people paying to use the services that's failing them.
