Movie Club card not working

<p>Where to start! All I want to do is exchange my damage SK MovieCard for a new one! That's it! But oh dear, trying to get that done is insane. It is easier to apply for a green card for the USA !!! I have been to Ster Kinekor ticket desk twice, and they don't understand what I am trying to say, nor the call centre that i have phone three times - they refer me back to a ticket desk. I have emailed SK twice - no reply! Finally made contact via Facebook - to only give me a reference number and no resolution what so ever. Bottom line. If your card is damaged, you must apply for a new one and you start from scratch - losing your tier and any point accumulated (according to ster kinerkor staff)....</p> <p>So I am left with standing in ques everytime as my card can't be read on the self-service terminals, also unable to validate my card on SK new (horrible) website - so are unable to log in there too...</p> <p>Not sure what to do anymore about this. </p> <p> </p> <p>Stephan</p>
