Movie cancelled 2 hours before show!!!!

Where do I begin ... I have always been a loyal customer and cannot believe the disappointment that I felt when being called by one of the ladies at the Claremont branch, Nash Ali - I ordered to prestige tickets to watch bad boys for my husbands birthday all to be called 2 hours before the movie to say that they will not be showing this movie due to load shedding? Now surely you know your load shedding schedule in advance or atleast early hours of the morning on the same day? But to call me so late and to completely spoil my husbands birthday plans to say the least - I am so disappointed and cannot believe that this is what has happened after planning the “perfect 30th birthday” for my husband - all he wanted was to watch this movie on his birthday but alas not possible because they notified me so late - maybe sooner in the day I could have made alternative plans - but to call while we were leaving the house for the movie??? Not cool AT ALL!!!!!
