Movie booking Gateway Shopping Centre

<p>On holiday in KZN, thought the family and I would catch a movie. Besides for the seriously inadequate staffing to deal with customers, they for some or other reason changed cinemas and double booked Passengers which was meant to be in 3D which is now 2 D and then nearly caused a riot with customers not knowing what is going on. Needless to say we had to stand in a queue for over half an hour for a refund on top of all of the inconvenience. Worst movie experience of my life. Totally and utterly dissapointing and maddening. If there was an alternative, I would never use Ster Kinekor again.</p>
