More than one month with no response
I have never come across a company with such bad customer service. This is my seventh attempt at getting a response. I mean how hard can it possibly be to say: \We are truly sorry that you had this experience we hope to see you at our cinema again."Looking at other complaints on HelloPeter I am not the only one with this problem. I guess if business is good"
