money taken twice
<p>i booked movie tickets for the premier lounge at eastgate paid online R261.50 it was debited twice on my account i had to send a bank statement to ster kinekor which has been done now i have to wait for 7 days for my own money to be returned to me this is unnaceptable and bad service.i will not accept this its not my fault there system has done this why do i have to wait for my own money to be returned</p>
