Misleading mobi booking
I specifically booked prestige or what I thought was prestige for the first time for myself and 3 kids. Went into mobi site, selected prestige, then venue Sandton and the movie choice came up. I picked Scorched and paid. At no time was I aware that I had been redirected to the normal 3D cinema. I got there kids excited, was given entrance to prestige, ordered 2 junior and 2 normal combos and paid dearly at R250! Then walked in to the cinema to find our seats taken or so I thought. Went to enquire and discovered another unfortunate family in te same boat. Only we were both being told that we should have known! We should have picked up the change in cinema number (not 8 but now 9) and also the price!! Really? Does one not check the time, venue and movie as primary? I certainly assumed that at R85 a pop I was going into prestige. My biggest gripe is that the website redirects automatically and does NOT alert you that prestige is sold out? So that you have a choice of what to do next. Then you have the manager trying to prove the point by saying we should have known the cinema was 9 and therefore not prestige...so 3 disappointed kids and a bad brand experience
