Marks all over screen cinema 9 sandton

<p>I'm sorry to have to bring this to a public forum but I do feel like this has happened before at Sandton , so actually this is the second movie it's spoiled for me</p> <p>and I am thankful that they gave tickets out to people who complained but honestly that doesn't solve the problem or fix anything, and I actually hate being the person to do this. But here goes...</p> <p> </p> <p>There was a glaring light at the bottom of the exit next to the screen.shinning in our faces the whole movie.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another lady was also saying there was no aircon which I personally did not notice because it's a bit chilly in joburg at the moment</p> <p> </p> <p>There are marks all over the screen in that cinema, which I honestly feel is so distracting and ugly. when you go to a movie house to watch something on the big screen for quality and sound.</p> <p> </p> <p> Come on guys please sort this stuff out! Sandton is my local cinema and I've been tgoing there for years.</p> <p>This type of feedback by the public is really to help you please get things together.</p> <p> </p>
