Manager very Rude

A friend of mine and i went to watch a Movie at the ster kinekor in Maponya mall and during the movie the was loadshedding. For a while we sat there in the dark confused as no one came in to let us know what was happening. Eventually a guy came in and just ordered us to leave and meet up outside with no apology no explanation. When we got to the foyer the manager didnt introduce herself she just started issuing out vouchers. This lady was rude and showed no empathy towards the patrons and acted like we were at fault...im not happy with the treatment she gave us, she is a bad example to the staff as they see a senior staff member treating customers like they caused the loadshedding.
