Manager, Nazeema did not attend when called

I went to movies on Monday, 28th March and the queues for the popcorn/cooldrinks and to buy tickets were ridiculous. I stood in the queue for 30 minutes and other people from the back of the queue created their own queue and got helped immediately. There were 2 people assisting at the counter, working on 1 till only and when I asked if there was no other people to help... I was told they were understaffed - and yet we have unemployment \for Africa\". I asked to speak to the Manager, Nazeema and I am still waiting for her to come out to speak to me!!!! Wow, talk about service. All the Ster Kinekor's are getting more and more pathetic and ridiculous with their service. I even saw a lady ask for a refund for her movie tickets as she waited for an hour to be assisted and the movie had already started !! "
