Management didn't care about the problem

Really bad sound in cinema 1 (26/03/2015 17h45 Seat E8-9). I made the projectionist aware of the sound problem and even though he came to listen in theatre nothing was done. Thankfully the movie had subtitles so we continued to the end. On exiting I wanted an explanation from the manageres who didn't even know about my complaint! I was given a lot of excuses by her essentially saying that nobody had complained about the sound the past week and that there was nothing she could do about it anyway. We left with a feeling of huge disappointment especially since the movie had many beautiful songs that were badly distorted.
