Mall of Africa Ster Kenikor Joke

<p>While I am always one who embraces technology I must admit that somethings are mistakes. The Ster Kenikor at the Mall of Africa is such a mistake. I booked for a movie in advance in order to secure the seats for the Fast and furious 8. I got to the movies and had to stand in a long line in order to print these tickets. What is the use of being able to book and pay for tickets online if i still have to queue in the normal purchase line. There was no help in explaining this little snag and instead there was 3 lines upon which i had to figure out what were they for. I then had to deal with the frustrating touch screen system in the ordering of food. This system lacks any fluidity and flexibility in being able to change up your order. I then finally got to the food queue and even this was not really as quick as it would have been had i just ordered manually. The lady at the till didnt even bother to ask me if i wanted ice in my drink and frankly they all looked like a bunch of amateurs who were learning to service us. After eventually paying, i then tried to go add condiments at a table that just looked like an after-thought. the whole area of the movies is cramped and i hated every moment leading up to my watching the movie. it didnt look like the condiments station that you find in other movie houeses would even fit in this foyer. the long and short of this story is that i will most likely not watch movies at Mall of Africa again... </p>
