Making Money from Our Inconvenience

This not being the first, second, or third time experiencing this, I decided to complain.<br> <br> We arrive for a 2 PM movie at 1.40, we buy our snacks, and we wait to go in. As normal, which is not right, we are informed that the movie is still playing. Everyone around us was also waiting for Fast and Furious, and it was no small crowd. By 2 PM the movie was not even out yet. The movie only came out at about 2.10 and then the cleaners still had to go in. Scheduling a 2hr movie in a 3 hour slot seems to be too little for Ster Kinekor, so change the slots. People waiting in the queue to get in, after waiting 40 minutes, had finished most of their snacks and had to buy more, and those who has waited had cold popcorn and warm drinks. I used to dismiss this as a one time occurence, but once again, you have failed to deliverany type of service. It is now 2.27 and we are still waiting for the movie to start, and everyone is seated. This is really disappointi g, and I can guarantee that when I walk out of this cinema, the next group will have an identical experience. We still pay to support the movies, so deliver something of value please.
