Major inability to deliver services

<p>So I'm a teacher taking a bunch of school children to watch the new Moana movie that starts 09:00, quarter to 9 waiting for sterkinekor secunda to open their doors. Children are exited I'm in a good mood and then they open the doors, now the fun starts. 2 elderly ladies in front of us can't help themselves with the automated system and their nobody to assist them so I jump in and help to speed up the process, old ladies helped now it my turn. Of the 7 automated screens only 2 work properly, some guy comes and sticks a piece of paper in front of me that states that there are no 3d glasses. Cancel current movie, children are disappointed and now I have no choice but to select a movie that is 45min later and none of the children want to watch.
