Made Payment but no booking was linked with my acc

I just made a booking on Ster-Kinekors mobile application (iPhone 5s) and right after I pressed the button to make the payment the application just kicked me out to my home screen, then I received a message stating that the money went off my account. After logging back into the application, and going to my bookings, there are nothing. No booking, I also did not receive any emails for my booking.<br> I then tried calling them more than 5 times, while holding on the line listening to their *** music playing for more than 15 min. I'm now tying to hold for more than 20min now, and still no answer. I am really disappointed at Ster-Kinekors services and the badly designed Mobile applications.<br> <br> I want to have this resolved, and see my booking information.
