Lucky from SterKinekor is the rudest and most disrespectful floor assistant ever.

Imagine this... you’re walking into the cinema not knowing where to go for assistance. You spot an employee and make your way to him and all he does, before giving you an opportunity to explain yourself, is take the scanner and proceed to scan your ticket without asking. To make things worse, just as you are about to ask him a question, he picks up his phone and continues to have a conversation with the person on the other side and when you interrupt, rightly so, he turns and yells ‘what do you want ? Just wait’ ... when you call him out for his behavior, he lies and says he’s the manager - which for him was an excuse for his unacceptable and cringeworthy behavior especially coming from someone who works with people. This is what I experienced at the Ster Kinekor In Rosebank and the guy’s name is Lucky. I asked another lady what his title is and she said he is the floor assistant and not the manager that he claims to be. Lucky is a rude guy. His behavior is disgusting and he honestly should not be allowed to work there anymore.
