loyal customers bit they cant help

I redeemed my complimentary vouchers as we were watching a movie at irene. On booking I was unable to book as we watched cinderella and no vouchers were allowed for that which is rather silly. So I ended up buying the tkts and refreshments. On getting home I cleared my bag and threw away my receipts. Not realising my vouchers were with. Ster kinekor refuses to re issue it as there system cannot sat that I did not use it. That is a very poor system as it indicates these people would not request the card belonging to the voucher to be present which just shows very bad service. We waited so long to accumulate these points. Really dissapointed. So much for supporting you
