Loud Rodent noises destracting and disrubtive

My husband and I took our 4 year old son to watch the Minion move in 3D last Sunday. <br> To our surprise the Movie was fully booked and only had 3 seats available in the front row - which we took.<br> Needless to say, the movie tickets premium payable for 3D 3D goggles and snacks were quite expensive , but a small price to pay for an enjoyable family moment. HOWEVER, my husband and I were distracted throughout the ENTIRE movie by the sound of MICE / RATS scratching & Squeaking ...In the beginning we thought we were imagining things, however the noise continued throughout the movie and could be heard over the loud movie....<br> I must mention, inside the cinema (At eye sight) everything seemed clean and no visible papers etc <br> However I am really disappointed that our movie was spoilt by disruptive Rodent noises - it definitely took the \fun"away in our experience - Definitely not worth the money we paid :( """
