Lost me as a customer

<p>I did go to day to your cinma in port Elizabeth The Bridge I want to see 2movies I get there and there is so little staff working on only one is helping customers by the snacks and ticket counter and there r more then 2 people waiting for then we'll I am waiting to get help from a outer worker bring it a lady to the front of the que not saying sorry or anything and I already waited long so I was so upset I decided to leave because I could see that they don't know what customer service is hell baywest movies is better then this cinema Nu Metro is better as well Ster-Kinekor at The Bridge Port Elizabeth is going down the drain No wonder they so dead and quiet it's because the service is disgraceful by buy other Cinemas they are more than one staff member working at the snakes and ticket counters never again will I be going to this cinema again and this is not the first time in the the service is that's horrible it's always like this and the managers doesn't take any notice of complaints or to up the service</p>
