Long queues no managers

We went to watch a movie on 7th of April at Cresta shopping mall. It was in the week Fast 7 was released. We went to watch another movie but the queues for popcorn and drinks was ridiculous. The second serving station was not even open and asking around we could not find a on duty manager. We waited for almost 20 minutes in those queues for a service we pay a lot of money for and this was the second time at Cresta we got service like this. In the same week one of the biggest films of the year gets released and this is how you treat customers. Also in our movie even with previews started the full lights were on after telling your staff still nothing was done to rectify. Why do we pay so much for a service we are not getting you guys really have to look into this otherwise you will lose customers
