Load shedding Ticket Policy Problems

On 19 Jun 2015 we went to the Grove Mall to go watch a movie but 5 min before the movie started loadshedding kicked. Fair enough the outlet gave everyone a stamp on their tickets which can be used again.<br> On 24 July we wanted to go redeem this ticket as we payed for our movie but have not yet got the service. I called the call center the afternoon and inquired if I can used the stamped ticket at a different branch (Brooklyn) and they gladly told me that is possible as long as it is stamped. When we got to Brooklyn the evening one of the employees helping at the terminals told us we cannot use the stamped ticket at Brooklyn as we can only redeem it at The Grove or we will need to go to the Grove and Redeem it for a voucher which can then be used at any outlet.<br> <br> This made me very angry as I specifically called the Call center and inquired about the policy before hand and made me drive all they way for nothing.<br> <br> I am expecting a proper answer on this as clearly the operations on the ground and the policy's is two different worlds and now I will need to make another trip again.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Tiaan
