Load Shedding, Rude Manager, Poor Service

I booked 6XMovie tickets for 22 DEC 2015. There was no water so no access to bathrooms. 15-20min into the movie there was a power outage for +/- 5min, then the movie continued so we missed a few min of it. Then within the next 10min another power outage, again the movie continued & we missed a bit. I looked for a manager to understand what happen-the guy was rude, defensive & kept saying well it's not our fault & the movie will be restarted. The movie restarted & after 10min it was restarted again. By this time half the people left the cinema highly annoyed. Upon inquiring on a refund or way forward I was told that a staff member was issuing refunds/ passes. A few min in that line & the passes were finished
