Load shedding no preparation no solution

Last year in musgrave ster kinekor when load shedding first started up , I was unfortunate to have been like other watching a movie 20 minutes in and the power went out . We were refused our money back for foods as well as movie tickets instead we were given vouchers for another movie which is a disgrace . That was months ago now again today we were in the cinema had just paid for our foods and drinks and the power went out BEFORE THE MOVIE EVEN STARTED ! So for over 4 months now ster kinekor has not put in place back up power which is disgrace giving how much money they clearly make as a business , secondly I over heard that they were in fact expecting load shedding yet there were was no warning from management they traded accordingly knowing full well what was going to happen so we all bought our food and drinks and yet again were denied a refund . People who do not live in the area of musgrave would not think to check load shedding for the area , ster kinekor should have warning signs in cinema s advising customers as well as on their website as well . It is bad enough they have not for many months now put in place back up power , so clearly they feel content with the situation
