After receiving terrible service from Ster-Kinekor in their attempt to resolve the load-shedding issue, which needs to be addressed and improved i.e. managers attitude (Jabu), I must praise George and Nthuli. After all the trouble 8 of your customers received I applaud George for listening to me and managing our expectations accordingly. The manner in which he solved the problems was appreciated and respectful. Rosebank service delivery was without doubt redeemed by both these managers. Thank you for salvaging my 50 shades of grey experience and not leaving it on a bad note. Thanks for going the extra mile please educate the rest of the staff.
