Load-shedding before tickets printed but no refund

I booked and paid for 4 tickets to watch a movie 22 Nov 2014.<br> <br> There was load shedding before the movie could start and therefore could not print tickets or watch the movie.<br> It has being over 5 months since the incident and Ster-Kinkor has not refunded me despite my numerous complaints. They have responded only to my previous 2 complaints on the same incident but there has being no refund.
