Limited stock at River Square Cinema

On Friday, 10 July I visited your cinema with my two kids and a friend. You had no slush and cream soda. In total I spend about R300 for the day.<br> On Wednesday, 15 July you only had coke, upsize popcorns and only one choice of sweet (out of 4) available on your classic deals. In total I spend R450 without being able to choose what I wanted. Is this not part of the whole movie experience?<br> Surely there was enough time between Friday and Wednesday to ensure that stock got delivered. What is even more frightening is that this is during school holidays and before the weekend.<br> You did not even have the correct packaging. So here's the big question - Do you order soft drinks, slush, sweets and packaging from the same/one supplier?<br> And instead of the manager hiding in his office why is he not behind the service counter to assist staff in dealing with difficult customers. I briefly saw him and when I complained he responded with 'the stock is on its way'. I tried phoning his mobile as I would love to know if they have stock today?<br> I think you need to acknowledge that due to mismanagement your cinema will soon be closing.<br>
